Hello, and thank you for visiting my page. My name is Aislin McDonald, and I am an independent author of spiritual non-fiction. My writing focuses on love, fearlessness, truth, insight, and spiritual liberation. Curious? Not yet, you say? Then I shall gladly try harder! Please read on…:-)

Five years following a powerful and life-altering spiritual experience in 1997, my husband and I came into contact with the first of forty-five spirit beings we regularly communicate with to this day. The messages and teachings offered by these entities - among them spirit guides, spirit animals, elements, and four angels - have had monumental impact on my existence: They have transformed me from a barely conscious observer of life into an awakening and aware human being who sees great beauty, hope, and the
capacity for infinite love in everything and everyone.

Through dreams, meditations, astral travel, and use of the talking board (which was also very successfully used by the
late Jane Roberts, and does not deserve its bad reputation), 
I have been shown how to let go of negativity, banish my greatest fears, lead a richer and more fulfilling existence on Earth, and aid the spiritual evolution of my soul, so that my life can perpetuate the ultimate higher purpose we all share - love.

Because of the amazing changes that have taken place within and around me over the past five years, I feel it is time to share my experiences, as well as the insights of my teachers in spirit, with the world. I have done so in my first book, titled Bending The Light, which is now available in both print and digital format.
